Our Finest Woodland Mushrooms are a premium mix containing 25% Extra Grade Cepes and 25% Yellow Boletes which have been harvested from the wild, as well as Shiitake and Oyster Mushrooms.
Cooking tips
- We strongly recommend following our rehydration instructions to ensure that the Mushrooms are thoroughly soaked and rinsed prior to use, to remove any residue particles. Whilst every care is taken in their preparation, the cepes are harvested from the wild and may contain traces of grit.
- To capture the smoky flavour of these mushrooms, use them to flavour stocks as the basis for any truly meaty dish
- This Woodland Mix provides the perfect beginning for a Mushroom sauce to accompany steak, chicken or pork
